These two fine Deutzia are outstanding low growing shrubs that, when in full bloom in spring, are so covered in flowers that they create a solid carpet of blossoms. At only 18”-24” in height, these are some of the lowest growing flowering shrubs available. Their graceful arching habit is well suited for use in the Rock Garden, where they will elegantly drape over rock features or garden walls.  They are also ideally suited for mass plantings and for front-of-the-border use. Their dazzling spring floral display gives way to green summer foliage that transitions into rich burgundy purple color in autumn, making them valuable garden additions in both spring and fall. Thriving in partial shade to full sun, Deutzias are deer resistant and not prone to insect or disease damage.
